Payment

Companies:

Half of the agreed amount will be billed from the customer as a reservation fee when the reservation is made. The rest will be billed from the customer after the cruise is over. The due date for the bill will be 14 days after the completion of the cruise. If the customer wants to cancel their reservation, they will loose the reservation fee. If the customer wants, they can pay the full amount of the reservation in advance as well.

If the customer wants to postpone their cruise due to forecasted bad weather, it is possible. This has to be made via telephone at least 72 hours before the agreed beginning of the cruise. In this case a new time will be scheduled for the cruise.

Private customers:

The agreed amount will be billed from the customer as the reservation is made. If the customer wants to cancel their reservation, they will loose the reservation fee.

If the customer wants to postpone their cruise due to forecasted bad weather, it is possible. This has to be made via telephone at least 24 hours before the agreed beginning of the cruise. In this case a new time will be scheduled for the cruise.

Possible damages

The customer and his party are held responsible for the damages they cause to the boat and its equipments during their trip. If the customers brake the boats property, the damages will be billed from them after the cruise.

Cruise cancellation by the rental company

In case your cruise has to be cancelled due to a natural cause, such as technical malfunction on the boat, the tenant (us) has to inform the client (you) immediately when a problem occurs and the money you have paid in advance will be returned.
